Connect beep.me to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app. Then ask when a match, a sale or a deadline is, and say how long before you want the email.

What you can ask

• "When do Liverpool play next? Email me an hour before kick-off."
• "Follow Real Madrid for me: email me before every match, also if one is moved."

• "Which reminders do I have on beep.me?" (signed in)

beep.me only knows public events it tracks. If it doesn't have one, your assistant says so instead of guessing a date. Personal appointments (dentist, meetings, birthdays) belong in your own calendar.

Claude (web, Desktop and mobile)

1. Open claude.ai or Claude Desktop and go to Customize → Connectors.
2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
3. Enter the name beep.me and the URL above, and click Continue.
4. Under Authentication, choose Sign in when needed, or No sign in (see below). Leave the OAuth client as it is and click Add.
5. In a chat: click + at the lower left, choose Connectors and turn beep.me on.

Works on every Claude plan, and the Free plan has room for one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors, and members click Connect. Once added, it works in the mobile app too. Anthropic's guide

ChatGPT

1. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, click + and choose Add custom MCP server.
2. Enter the name beep.me and paste the URL above under Connection.
3. Choose OAuth under authentication to sign in, or no sign-in. Click I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
4. In a new chat: type @ and pick beep.me.

OpenAI allows this in ChatGPT on the web with Business, Enterprise and Edu, where an administrator adds it. With Pro you can only search, not ask for a reminder.

Sign in or not?

• Without signing in, you give the assistant your email address. The first time, beep.me emails you a link and a 6-digit code. Click the link, or paste the code in the chat, and your reminders are on. If the address already has a beep.me account, the assistant asks you to sign in instead, so nobody else can set reminders for your address.
• Signed in, you log in to beep.me once, with your email and a code. Reminders go to your account at once, and you can list and stop them from the chat. You disconnect the app under Linked AI apps on your beep.me page.

What it can do

• search_events: finds when a public event happens, from beep.me's catalog.
• remind_me: emails you a reminder before the event.
• follow_team: a reminder before every match of a team, including matches added or moved later.
• confirm_email: confirms your email with the code from the email, without leaving the chat.
• my_reminders: lists your reminders (signed in).
• stop_reminder: stops one of them (signed in).

Your data

• When your assistant searches, beep.me logs the search text, the country, the number of hits and which app asked (for example Claude). Not your email address.
• When you ask for a reminder, beep.me stores your email address and the reminder, as when you set one on beep.me, and that you came from an AI assistant.
• Signed in, beep.me stores which app you connected and when it was last used, until you disconnect it. The record is deleted 90 days after that.
• The search log is deleted after 13 months.
